The problem

When Moxie started, they faced a big challenge—lacking a dedicated online platform, the entirety of our hiring process relied heavily on the exchange of emails. This was time-cosuming, and it made connecting companies with the right talent harder. Without a central online space, our hiring workflow wasn't as smooth as we wanted. Recognizing the pressing need for a modern, user-friendly solution (website), Moxie embarked on the journey to revolutionize its operations by creating a dynamic website that would transcend the limitations posed by conventional communication methods.

In the process of developing this project, I found that conducting thorough user research and embracing iterative design methodologies were crucial pillars in crafting a successful hiring platform. By immersing myself in the perspectives of both hiring organizations and professionals seeking opportunities, I gained invaluable insights into their needs, pain points, and preferences.
