When Moxie started, they faced a big challenge—lacking a dedicated online platform, the entirety of our hiring process relied heavily on the exchange of emails. This was time-cosuming, and it made connecting companies with the right talent harder. Without a central online space, our hiring workflow wasn't as smooth as we wanted.
